CSA course:

Full day course. TBC and negotiable, usually held on Sundays/Thursdays

The CSA courses pride themselves on small group teaching with experienced teachers in a relaxed environment.

You will have a maximum of three other delegates in your group.

There will be at least 6 chances to practise a variety of CSA scenarios under exam conditions. There will be more chances if there are less than 3 people in your group.

In addition, you will receive constructive and personalised feedback and have chances to replay sections of the scenario therefore putting the feedback into practise.

Each case is carefully written to simulate the CSA.

Candidates will be able to try different consultation techniques to refine their technique. The course continues to be recommended by 100% of previous deligates.
